I’m Luisa Salcedo
I used to be an English High School teacher and pivoted into the dynamic world of operations. Throughout my career, I have distributed 3B inventory in CPG & E-commerce into the likes of Costco & Kroger and had clients across multiple industries including immigration law, DEI, music, sexual wellness, and the health sector.
My business is the most authentic way I get to honor my operational skill set and purpose. Optimizing a workflow gives me an internal happy dance.
2011 - 2023
Teaching English to 120 highschool students in Bogotá Colombia
These students have grown to be business owners, doctors, engineers and on the marketing team for the Mayor of one of Colombia’s leading cities. Teaching will always be part of my legacy

Participating in an epic start-up

Auditing an immigration firm
Generating over 5 million in revenue, firm had 97 employees and in two weeks I met 1:1 with all 97 employees and generated a 90 day action plan
